Our Leadership

A3 AeroTech, a division of A3 Systems Corporation, was founded by veterans who served in various cybersecurity, technology, and intelligence roles within the United States military. Their collective backgrounds and experiences foster a philosophy of agility, management, and technical expertise. A3 AeroTech is positioned to acquire and deliver aerospace ground support equipment (GSE) and technology solutions that support aerospace maintenance, repair, depot facilities, and flight line operations within the United States Department of Defense (DOD), federal government agencies, and the defense contractor sector.

Aubrey S. Hinds

Aubrey S. Hinds – President & CEO

Aubrey is a co-founder of A3 Systems. Aubrey has over 20 years of experience providing management and technical solutions to support automation programs in the US Army. He takes a hands-on approach in: product and service delivery, contracts, corporate strategy, planning, logistics, and day-to-day management oversight; ensuring that the alignment of emerging technologies accelerates the rate of innovation of A3 Systems’ clients. Prior to A3 Systems, Aubrey served in the US Army for over twenty years and held numerous leadership positions; specializing in logistics, cybersecurity, and technology. He is a graduate of the University of Missouri Central receiving a bachelor’s in construction management and a graduate from Loyola University Chicago receiving a master’s degree in information technology. Aubrey is a former US Army logistics and communications officer and a veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
